Our MTC Junior Productions bring the excitement of full scale musicals to young performers, ages 18 and under. These hour long to 85 minute adaptations of Broadway favorites are treated with the same professionalism and attention to detail as our MainStage productions, just in a slightly shorter format. With high quality training in acting, singing, and stagecraft, these shows offer young artists the chance to develop their skills in a dynamic, professional level environment. Whether they’re seasoned performers or ready to take their first big step on stage, MTC Junior Productions provide an incredible opportunity to shine!

The Addams Family Musical Young@Part (Jr)
THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and a dilemma that’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family, a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before, keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

Anastasia: The Musical is the spectacular new musical about discovering who you are and defining who you’re meant to be. This 60 minute adaptation of the Broadway hit is specially tailored for young actors.
From Tony winners Terrence McNally, Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens, creators of such Broadway classics as Ragtime and Once On This Island, this dazzling show transports its audience from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing con man and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love and family.
